Helping Mission-Driven Organizations Live Up to Their Mission.

🗣️ "We can't grow our funding because we can't show funders we're ready to scale."
Funders increasingly want proof of organizational capacity, not just program impact. When your team doesn't have the skills or systems to execute at the next level, growth stalls, and so does your case for support.

🗣️ "Our team is too busy putting out fires to focus on the mission."
A disengaged, out-of-sync team doesn't just feel hard to manage. It slows fundraising, weakens donor relationships, and reduces the impact you can deliver per dollar raised.

🗣️ "Our board and leadership aren't aligned, and it's costing us opportunities."
82% of leaders admit they feel unprepared for their responsibilities. When leadership lacks clarity or confidence, decisions stall, board relationships strain, and the partnerships and funding that should be moving forward don't.

🗣️ "We have a strategic plan. But nothing is actually changing."
A strategy that doesn't translate into execution costs you grant renewals, donor confidence, and the trust of the staff who are waiting for leadership to follow through.

🗣️ "Everyone's talking about AI, and we don't know where to start or if we even should."
Most nonprofits aren't ready to scale AI because the foundation isn't there yet: clear processes, trained staff, clean data, sound judgment about what to automate and what shouldn't be. Without that groundwork, AI becomes another tool that doesn't solve the actual problem, it just moves it.

If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone.
And you don't have to figure it out alone.

These pain points can become leverage points — moments to reset what matters, close the gap between strategy and execution, and build an organization strong enough to grow your funding, your impact, and your mission.

Imagine an organization where your board is engaged, your team executes with confidence, and every funder conversation starts from a position of strength — because your systems, culture, and people are actually aligned to deliver on what you promise.

That's what we build together.

I partner with nonprofit leaders through design thinking and diagnostic rigor to close the gap between strategy and execution, so your organization can raise more, retain more, and do more for the people you serve.

Let's talk about where you are today and what's possible next.

My Journey

Hi! Hola!
I'm Ceci (Cecilia) Hajredinaj

I believe organizations grow when their strategy, systems, and people are finally pointed in the same direction.

My journey began with a bold move from a small town in Honduras to the United States at sixteen, an experience that forged resilience, adaptability, and a deep commitment to personal growth.

Over the past 25 years, I've led teams and driven transformation at Citigroup, PwC, and Morgan Stanley. As a Latina navigating corporate America, I learned to innovate with limited resources, lead through complexity, and turn challenges into opportunities — lessons that continue to shape my people-first approach today.

I founded Thryve x Design on a simple belief: an organization's ability to grow depends on the systems and culture operating underneath it. Learning is one lever. It's rarely the only one.

As a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™) and certified DISC & Motivators practitioner, I work at three levels: the organization, the team, and the individual leader. I can zoom out to diagnose culture and systems, zoom in to coach a team through a rough transition, or sit with a leader one-on-one to untangle what's getting in the way — because sustainable change requires all three.

Beyond the work, I'm an avid learner, aspiring writer and photographer, and kickboxing enthusiast; passions that fuel my creativity, curiosity, and discipline.

How I Can Help

I work with nonprofit and social-impact leaders to close the gap between strategy and execution — so your organization can raise more, retain more, and do more for the people you serve.

My approach is diagnostic first: I map the current state, co-design a future state, and align leaders and teams on what changes, why it matters, and how it sticks.

Organizational Effectiveness & Development

When systems, culture, or capacity are limiting your funding, your growth, or your impact, this is where we start. I help leaders diagnose what's not working, design interventions that address root causes, and build the internal capacity to sustain change; so your organization can show funders, partners, and your board that it's ready to scale.

Approach:

  • Assess current state: map what's working, what's missing, and where misalignment lives

  • Design interventions: co-create solutions grounded in your mission, culture, and real conditions

  • Implement & activate: build custom plans, tools, and measurement systems

  • Transfer & sustain: equip your team to carry it forward long after the engagement ends

Leadership & Team Development

Great leadership and strong teams don't happen by accident; and disengaged teams cost more than morale. They slow fundraising, strain donor relationships, and shrink the impact you can deliver per dollar raised. I work with leaders and teams to build the trust, communication, and accountability that turn performance from exhausting into energizing.

Approach:

  • Assess: DISC, Motivators, and team diagnostics to understand how people work and what's getting in the way

  • Coach & develop: one-on-one coaching plans, cohort programs, and skill-building for real situations

  • Activate together: interactive sessions, peer accountability, and shared practice

  • Sustain: tools, playbooks, and habits that outlast the engagement

Learning Strategy & Design

A strategic plan that doesn't translate into action costs you grant renewals and donor confidence. I design learning experiences that build the skills and habits your team needs to execute (not just understand) your strategy, from needs assessment and curriculum design to measurement and scale.

Approach:

  • Diagnose: identify the real gaps behind the performance or knowledge problem

  • Design: build learning experiences grounded in behavior change

  • Implement: launch with the right mix of formats, tools, and reinforcement

  • Measure: track what's changing, not just what was completed

Success Stories

"Ceci is AWESOME! When we started working with Ceci in early March, we were navigating a founder transition, flat funding, and no clear roadmap for growth. In a matter of weeks, she delivered a full 2026 strategic framework, shared templates for grant databases and marketing plans, drafted board talking points, and created a presentation I used to lead our first board meeting of 2026 with confidence. She also reviewed our governance document, identified gaps that strengthened our foundation, and connected us with resources and introductions that opened doors for potential partnerships. The quality of her work, and the care she brought to every session, saved us weeks of internal planning and gave our board immediate clarity and direction. The impact was so significant that we made the decision to continue working with her as we move into implementation. On a personal note, I found her feedback on my leadership skills and how to frame certain conversations invaluable."
